Right now I am eating all the colours. When you eat the rainbow and you should hit the micronutrients. When it looks too green, I add some beetroot or blackbeans. When it looks too beige, I add some fresh raspberries and pepitas.

This needs to be dialled in though.

I will be tracking macros via My Fitness Pal in the coming weeks.

And I also need to say goodbye to my beloved Low Carb Mid Strength Beer. Because these extra kgs I am lugging around are not going to help me hit that first pull up.
