Goals

The next Open will start in February 2019.

By the end of June I plan to have the following moves in my arsenal:

Toes to Bar

Overhead Squats

Pull ups

Double Unders

Handstand Push ups

I will test 2018 Open Bench marks during July and check against Leaderboard.

 

By the end of October I plan to have added the following moves as well:

Pistol Squats

Weighted Lunges

Muscle Ups

Handstand Walks

Rope Climbs

 

I will test 2018 Open Bench marks during November and recheck against Leaderboard.

 

I also have plenty of work to do on Strength & Conditioning as well as technique, particularly in the Olympic Lifts.

 

 

And come December it is time to start prep for the 2019 Open.
